Is there any value to non-Christian work? We often think of ministry vocations as having more value in the kingdom than other jobs. We think that being a missionary or a pastor is of more inherent worth than an insurance adjuster, a pharmacist, or a landscaper. But the truth is that we can’t all be pastors or missionaries, and even if we could, is that necessarily what Christians should do? Are ministry vocations more spiritually valuable than non-christian work?
